If you wish to have services covered by health insurance & the need for the service meets medical guidelines, then you must provide additional information for this purpose and this information will be shared with your insurance.

I do not collect Cookies, but Facebook does. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

However, if you wish us to bill your insurance, then some information must be released to your insurance company.

We may release your information if we believe release is required by law to protect ours or other rights, property, or safety, most especially safety as defined by the limits to privacy for health care providers as defined by law (HIPPA).

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the Massachusetts Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The except would be if a child under 13 were asked to complete a psychological questionnaire. You would obviously know about this and consent as you would be paying for it.
